Hot Toddy Latte

Simple to make but complex in flavor, it’s an ideal after-dinner digestif. Begin with espresso and a bit of lemon juice for a soothing citrus bite. A teaspoon of grated ginger brings this toddy latte an extra kick of bitter that’s perfectly balanced with light brown sugar and steamed oak milk.

Hot Toddy Latte
  • 1 tablespoon Domino® or C&H® Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 2 ounces espresso
  • 10 ounces oat milk

Step 1

In 12-ounce mug add Domino Light Brown Sugar, grated ginger and lemon juice.

Step 2

Pull 2 shots of espresso and add to the mug, then stir.

Step 3

Steam oat milk and pour over top of mixture.
