Peach Cheesecake Smoothie


1 Smoothie (16 fl oz)


  • 2 tbsp (2 pumps) Tate + Lyle® Gourmet Syrup Peach
  • 1/2 cup (95g) Frozen Peach Slices, Tempered
  • 1/3 cup (75g) Plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Crushed or Shaved Ice
  • Optional: Graham Cracker Crumbs


Blend all ingredients together, except graham cracker crumbs, in high powered blender for 30 seconds or until smooth.  Pour into a 20oz glass, top with graham cracker crumbs.


For a sweeter, more peach smoothie, increase syrup to 3 pumps (3 tbsp.)
