Hibiscus Strawberry Iced Tea

  • 1 bag Domino® Batch Ready Bag®
  • 1 ½ gallons Boiling water
  • 2 (1 ounce) bags Hibiscus tea
  • 3 gallons Cold water
  • 3 cups Strawberry puree
  • Sliced strawberries, as garnish
Instructions

Step 1

In a large pot, bring 1 ½ gallon of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add tea bags and steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea bags. 

Step 2

Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour hot tea mixture into a large 3-gallon container. Add cold water and the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well combined. 

Step 3

Pour over ice and serve immediately, or chill uncovered in the refrigerator until the liquid is below 41°F. Stir before serving. Add garnishes if desired.
